Yoga Nidra Teacher Training (35-hour certification)

A 35-hour training covering what Yoga Nidra is, how its stages fit together and how to guide it for others, with personal practice throughout. It is open to non-teachers who simply want to deepen their own practice and counts towards Yoga Alliance continuing education.
