Weekly Yoga Classes in Hemet and San Jacinto

Hour-long group classes on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings: slow vinyasa and power flow for all levels, and a restorative class with long supported holds. They run at two local studios, House of Mystics in Hemet and the Aura centre in San Jacinto.
