Way of the Sword: Cutting Through Illusion (Hutton Brickyards)

A three-day retreat on the Hudson River in Kingston, New York. Each day begins and ends with a brief talk about the Great Work, with sitting and active meditation and a wooden-sword form in between; no martial arts experience is needed.
