Viniyoga Foundations Program for Teaching and Yoga Therapy

The institute's 300- or 500-hour training, led by Gary Kraftsow, combining virtual weekends with week-long in-person intensives. It covers personal practice, āsana, prāṇāyāma, chanting, meditation, tantra, teaching method and yoga philosophy, and is the first part of the Viniyoga therapist certification.
