Traditional First Degree Reiki – Learn Reiki Online

First Degree reiki as Hawayo Takata taught it, delivered live by Pamela in three small-group sessions online or in Manhattan, with new cohorts through the year. It covers reiki history, the precepts, self-treatment, using reiki alongside medical care, and an initiation, with two optional one-to-one mentoring sessions within six months.
