Skymind Resting in the Natural State

A five-day meditation intensive at Omega in Rhinebeck, New York, drawing on the Mahamudra tradition and Machig Labdrön's instruction to rest in the natural state. Days combine talks, guided sitting, reflection, group conversation and time outdoors, with one evening given to a fireside Chöd demonstration. Open to beginners and experienced meditators.
