Sesshin (5-day retreat) – Shinzan Roshi memorial retreat

Five days of traditional Zen retreat led by Daizan, with zazen, movement and energy practice, working meditation and one-to-one interviews. This year it marks five years since the death of his teacher, Shinzan Roshi; remote places are open to those who have sat an in-person retreat before.
