Neijia Classes: Baguazhang and Xingyiquan

A weekly internal martial arts class in Santa Cruz, currently focused on Dragon Body baguazhang with mud-stepping and circle walking. Xingyiquan forms the other half of the programme, and both are taught as a meeting point of martial skill and meditation.
