Mythic Yoga Flow®: A Full Moon Retreat with the Stories and Practices of Yoga

A five-day Esalen retreat at full moon, co-led with musician Masood Ali Khan. Each day follows a figure from yoga's stories, from Shiva and Shakti to Hanuman, Ganesha, Vishnu and Durga, through postures, breathing, mantra, mudra, meditation and guided hypnosis.
