Moving From Shadow into Light: A Winter Solstice Journey

A four-day ceremonial retreat at Kripalu over the winter solstice, co-led with Fumiha Tanaka. The group works through ritual, breathwork, plant lore and soul retrieval, drawing on Toltec teaching from central Mexico, to move from the dark of the year towards new intentions.
