Meditation Party

A three-day group retreat on Omega's Rhinebeck campus led with fellow teachers Sebene Selassie and Jeff Warren. Expect plenty of sitting practice from three different angles, along with movement, rest and conversation; it is deliberately not a silent retreat and suits beginners as well as seasoned meditators.
