Lucid Dreaming, Lucid Living

A six-day residential at Omega's Rhinebeck campus mixing short lectures with guided drumming journeys, meditation, dream journalling, drawing and group sharing. Participants practise lucid dreaming techniques each night and leave with daily habits for dream recall and awareness; all levels are welcome.
