Journey the Breath Facilitator Training (Winter 2026 cohort)

A 200-hour certification in conscious connected breathwork, run over six months of fortnightly live online classes with self-paced modules and supervised practice sessions. It closes with three days together in Galway and is followed by six months of group supervision calls.
