Forest Refuge Personal Retreats

Longer, self-directed silent retreats for practitioners with substantial prior retreat experience, in a separate centre with room for about thirty people. Stays run from seven nights to a year or more, and two visiting teachers guide each month through talks and individual meetings. Applicants are asked to have completed at least a six-week teacher-led retreat or several week-long ones.
