Finding Lila Through Yoga and Divine Play

A five-day residential workshop at Esalen in Big Sur, co-led with Jet Eveleth, built on the Hindu idea of lila or divine play. Mornings open with yoga and breathwork, middays bring body-awareness exercises and playful group games, and evenings close with yoga nidra and meditation. All levels are welcome.
