Entering the Tao: ITMI Level 1 Certification & Optional Teacher Training

An eight-month online programme from the International Taoist Meditation Institute, which Olivia leads as Dean. Each month brings one practice from each of the tradition's eight pillars, with at least twenty minutes of daily practice, journaling, a live Zoom lecture and support from a guide; a teaching intensive is optional at the end.
