Energetic Alignment Sessions

A 90-minute one-to-one session that starts with naming what you want to let go of and call in, followed by a tailored guided meditation, Reiki and a debrief with practices to continue at home. Offered in person in Templeton and Southern California or by video, with a week of email support afterwards.
