Embodying the Goddess: The Sacred Texts, Histories, and Practices of Yogic and Tantric Traditions with a Focus on Goddess Tantra

An eight-week course streamed online on Tuesday mornings (Pacific time), tracing the history of yoga and sacred sound through the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutra, then early tantra and the Goddess traditions. Each class includes breathwork, chanting and meditation alongside the study of texts.
