Earth Below, Sky Above, Heart at Centre

A week-long silent meditation and qigong retreat at Moulin de Chaves near Bordeaux, co-taught with Martin Aylward. Days include early qigong, meditation instruction, a work period and evening dharma talks; booking is handled by the retreat centre and opens in January 2027.
