Wendy De Rosa

Working with sensitive and empathic people, Wendy De Rosa teaches, writes and practises as an intuitive energy healer. At the School of Intuitive Studies, which she founded, her year-long Energy Healing and Intuition Training shows students how to read and clear their own energy system through the chakras, build their intuition and work as intuitive healers themselves. She also has a podcast, The Wendy De Rosa Sessions, and runs The Sanctuary, a monthly membership offering live group healings and meditations.

Grounding and energetic boundaries are central to her teaching, as are the four intuitive pathways of clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognizance and clairsentience, which she teaches through guided practice rather than through theory alone. Her books are Expanding Your Heart: Awakening Through Four Stages of a Spiritual Opening, Becoming an Empowered Empath and Energy Healing Through the Chakras. She has taught at Kripalu, Omega and Blue Spirit, and The Shift Network has hosted many of her live and self-paced courses for empaths.
