Trisha McCagh is an Australian animal communicator, teacher and author based in Western Australia, and the founder of Animal Talk. She trained and worked in dental health before turning to animal communication, a change she traces to her bond with her cat Beau, and she studied with animal communication teachers in the United States and the United Kingdom. She describes her work as listening to the "silent language" of animals, and has worked with wildlife and taught children and adults in Africa.
She offers consultations by phone and Zoom, including readings to connect with animals that have died, and teaches through the Animal Talk Institute: the self-paced Pet Talk Program, a recorded class on grief after losing a pet, and a twelve-month Certified Practitioner Program for people who want to work professionally. She also leads small-group wildlife tours. Her book Stories from the Animal Whisperer gathers case stories from her practice, and she hosts the Animal Talk with Trisha McCagh podcast. She has appeared on Australian television programmes such as Studio 10, Sunrise and A Current Affair.
