Suzanne Giesemann

Suzanne Giesemann spent the first part of her working life as a US Navy officer. She reached the rank of Commander, served as a commanding officer and, at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was aide to its Chairman; she also earned a master's degree in National Security Affairs. Her memoir Messages of Hope, and the documentary that shares its title, follow her path from the military to mediumship, and a second documentary, based on her book Wolf's Message, appeared in 2025.

Today she works as an evidential medium, spiritual teacher and author. Alongside evidential mediumship she teaches The Awakened Way, her name for living in conscious connection with higher guidance, and she passes on channelled messages from a group of guides known as Sanaya. Her practices include the BLESS ME Method, a way of connecting with higher consciousness, and a brief meditation called the SIP of the Divine. Among her more than a dozen books are The Awakened Way, Making the Afterlife Connection and Always Connected. Students can learn through self-paced video courses at her own school and on The Shift Network, and she also offers a free app of daily messages, a live gathering each month, Hemi-Sync recordings and a sizeable YouTube channel.
