Susie Hemsted

Susie Hemsted is a meditation teacher, energy healer and mentor who now lives and works from Bali. She had a fast-moving corporate career until a personal crisis in 2014 turned her inward, and a year later she went to India for a three-week stay at the Himalayan Yog Ashram. Afterwards she spent five years in Australia teaching yoga and meditation on a freelance basis while running a fashion label, and in 2020 she left that business to teach full time while travelling.

Her work blends guided and channelled meditation, energy healing and coaching for spiritually minded women who run their own businesses. Her online school includes The Meditation Academy, a five-week beginners' course, a library of channelled meditations, a pranayama programme and The Goddess Year, a twelve-month series of masterclasses and ceremonies, each devoted to a different goddess such as Isis, Kali or Quan Yin. She also teaches teachers how to script, channel and record meditations of their own, offers one-to-one healing and coaching sessions online, hosts the podcast The Mystics Path, and records meditations and yoga nidra for Insight Timer.
