Skies and Flora

Skies and Flora is an oasis for the mind, the body and the soul — the healing sanctuary of psychic, Reiki Master and yoga teacher Shaka, nestled in Puerto Viejo on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast and open to the world online. The name is a love letter to her photographic eye: the skies and flora of the natural world are, for her, the great source of grounding and inspiration that supports every practice taught here. Five words hang over the door — love, service, devotion, gratitude, connection — and everything under the roof honours them.

The offerings span the full breadth of Shaka’s seventeen years of practice: psychic readings and energetic healing sessions, Reiki, open and private yoga classes, a psychic development course, a dedicated course for empaths, and a complete 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training — available in person in Puerto Viejo or online anywhere, with gift cards for sending healing to someone you love. Rounded out with Shaka’s own art, photography and music, Skies and Flora is that rare thing: a one-woman sanctuary with the depth of a retreat centre and the warmth of a friend’s home.
