Shaka

Shaka is a psychic, Reiki Master, and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher from London, now rooted on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica — a practitioner whose seventeen years as student, teacher, and healer have woven three traditions into one unhurried, deeply attentive way of working. People come to her for wisdom, guidance and oracle on the matters of their lives; for energetic and spiritual attunement and healing; or simply for relaxation, meditation and yoga — and she meets each of them compassionately, holding space to explore and ask questions rather than performing answers at them.

Her philosophy carries the quiet confidence of someone long past spiritual theatre: all holistic practices, she teaches, exist to support fuller, healthier, more meaningful lives — “not because we are becoming, but because we are releasing the barriers that prevent us from seeing that we already are.” From her base in Puerto Viejo she offers one-to-one sessions, courses and classes both in person and online — including psychic development training, a course for empaths, and a full 200-hour yoga teacher training — closing, as she opens, with a single word of blessing: Asé.
