Teaches on The Shift Network

Sifu Scott Jensen is a teacher of classical Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi and Qigong, with more than forty years of training and teaching. His main teacher was Grandmaster Wong Jackman, with whom he studied for some 25 years and from whom he inherited Northern Shaolin, Yang-family Tai Chi Chuan and Xingyi Quan; his Northern Shaolin lineage runs back through Yan Shangwu to Gu Ruzhang. He has also studied Tai Chi with senior representatives of the Chen and Yang families, as well as Bagua Zhang and Lan Shou Quan, and won a gold medal for Tai Chi at the internal martial arts championships at Wudang Mountain in China.

In 2006 he founded 10,000 Victories, a school in San Rafael, California, where he teaches weekly Qigong, Tai Chi and Kung Fu classes with an emphasis on posture, breath, structure and Wude, or martial virtue. An online platform of more than 700 lessons follows the same step-by-step curriculum for home practice. He hosts the podcast Ancient Wisdom, Modern Health, co-wrote Qigong for Health with Rachel Jensen, and teaches longer Qigong trainings on The Shift Network.
