Saskia Lightstar

Saskia Lightstar is a Devon-based teacher of self-love and inner exploration who grew up in London and runs her work under the name Human Evolution Healing. Her signature form is what she calls the Audio Healing Journey: a long guided recording that leads the listener through imagined scenes, conversations with parts of themselves and moments of reflection, mixing visualisation and self-enquiry with ideas drawn from the law of attraction. She came to this work through a long personal search after a series of very hard years, and speaks about that history openly.

Her style is deliberately playful and irreverent, with pirate ships, circuses and sweet shops standing in for the inner world, and her themes are learning to feel emotions fully, forgiving yourself, meeting your own soul and treating ordinary life as the place where change happens. She sells single journeys for a few dollars and self-paced programmes such as The Self Love Games, Conversations With Your Soul and an eleven-week inner adventure, and offers one-to-one sessions and a twelve-week mentored path. In June 2027 she plans a five-day Unretreat that roams the streets of London. Her Insight Timer page carries free journeys, talks and several multi-day courses, and she also hosts an online community and a YouTube channel.
