Sasha Graham is a tarot author, deck creator and teacher whose work centres on reading the cards intuitively and using them for reflection, ritual and storytelling. She has written a dozen books for Llewellyn and other publishers, among them 365 Tarot Spreads, 365 Tarot Spells and The Magic of Tarot, which received a COVR Visionary Award, and her books have been translated into more than ten languages. She has also edited and written for Lo Scarabeo's tarot series and contributes regularly to Llewellyn's almanacs and calendars. Her decks, made with illustrators such as Abigail Larson and Mirco Pierfederici, include The Vampire's Tale Tarot, Tarot of the Haunted House, Dark Wood Tarot and Tarot of the Witch's Garden.
Graham teaches classes on subjects such as the court cards and the Rider-Waite-Smith imagery, online and in person, and at Kripalu she co-leads a weekend with yoga teacher Alison DeNicola that brings tarot archetypes into movement, meditation and journaling. Her approach has a gothic, playful edge that reflects her other life as an actor and storyteller: she hosts a monthly live ghost-story evening and podcast, and wrote and performed a one-woman show on ghosts and tarot at the 2026 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Her YouTube channel includes card-by-card video guides to her decks.
