Sabine Priestley

Sabine Priestley is a Florida-based meditation teacher and intuitive coach who came to spiritual work from a career in electrical engineering. A personal upheaval in 2016 set her on an inward path, and since then she has studied where physics, energy and consciousness meet, drawing on writers and researchers such as Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza, Lynne McTaggart, Nassim Haramein and Gregg Braden. She trained as a PSYCH-K facilitator in Taos, New Mexico, in 2019 and for several years worked as an advanced Bio-Well practitioner, reading the body's energy field with a camera-based device, though she stopped offering scans in 2026.

She calls her approach Conscious Quantum Living: practical work with the energy centres, the restless 'monkey mind' and inner critic, inner-child meditation and the stories we inherit, set alongside ancient frameworks such as the seven Hermetic principles. Her teaching comes as short talks and guided meditations, an eight-week self-paced course and a nine-day Hermetic course on her own platform, and several free series. On Insight Timer she offers talks and courses on energy, mindset and self-mastery. She still takes a small number of private coaching clients, booked through a free introductory call. She also writes science-fiction romance novels under the same name.
