Rob Schwartz

Rob (Robert) Schwartz, an American author and hypnotist, focuses on pre-birth planning: the view that, as souls, we plan our lives before we are born, our hardest challenges included. Until 2003 he worked in the corporate world; that year a session with a medium turned his life in a new direction. Over the following years he worked with mediums and channels to explore the pre-birth plans of many people, and the result was three books on the theme. Your Soul's Plan was followed by Your Soul's Gift and then Your Soul's Love, and together they have appeared in more than twenty-five languages.

Between Lives Soul Regression has been part of his work since 2012: a form of hypnosis in which a person revisits a past life, then speaks with a council of wise, loving guides about the plan for their present life. He makes clear that he is not himself a medium or a channel. Venues where he has taught include Kripalu, 1440 Multiversity and Hollyhock, and he also teaches online through The Shift Network. His wife, Liesel Fricke, channels a group they call the Beings of Light; together they lead online group regressions and Rise to the Path, a monthly membership and mentoring community.
