Nathalie Jaspar

Nathalie Jaspar is reiki’s great conversationalist — the New York City–based reiki master who decided the field’s deepest wisdom shouldn’t live only in classrooms, and built Dive Into Reiki to prove it. Through her podcast and long-form interviews, she sits down with the elders and innovators of the practice — the medical pioneers, the Japanese-lineage scholars, the animal reiki founders — and draws out the kind of honest, unhurried conversation that turns curiosity into genuine understanding. Her own training runs as deep as her questions. A traditional Japanese-style reiki master with over fifteen years of practice, Nathalie is a graduate teacher of the International House of Reiki under Frans Stiene, travelled to Japan to train in Zen Buddhism at the Chokai-san International Zendo, and holds a second-degree black belt in the sword art of Iaido — discipline she brings to a teaching style students describe as grounded, warm, and quietly profound. The author of Reiki as a Spiritual Practice: An Illustrated Guide (published in five languages) and The Reiki Healing Handbook, she has demonstrated reiki everywhere from Soho House to the New York Jets’ training centre to Fashion Week — carrying the practice, with reverence and humour, into rooms it has never been before.
