Teaches on Insight Timer

Melissa Ambrosini is an Australian author, podcast host and speaker whose work centres on self-worth, quietening the inner critic and living with purpose. Earlier in life she was a professional dancer, including at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, as well as an actress and television presenter. When the pace of that life caught up with her, she turned to meditation, inner work and a simpler daily rhythm, and those practices became the ground of everything she has made since. She lives in Noosa, Queensland, with her husband and co-author Nick Broadhurst and their children.

Her books include Mastering Your Mean Girl, on taming self-criticism; Open Wide, on love and relationships; Comparisonitis, on breaking the habit of measuring yourself against others; and Time Magic, written with Nick, about taking back your time, which was named Australian Business Book of the Year. She hosts The Melissa Ambrosini Show, a long-running podcast of conversations about mindset, spirituality and relationships, and has spoken at TEDx about the inner critic. Meditation is part of her own morning, and she offers several guided meditation collections as well as a six-month mastermind for women building their public work. Her Insight Timer meditations focus on self-love, worth and manifestation.
