Maryam Hasnaa

Maryam Hasnaa grew up in a family where both parents taught spirituality, so ceremony and mystical practice were part of her childhood. She went on to train as an energy worker and flower-essence practitioner and was initiated as a priestess, and she now describes herself as an intuitive and a channel. Her teaching is aimed above all at highly sensitive people: those who take in more sensory and emotional detail than most and can find it overwhelming. She treats that sensitivity as a capacity to be trained, with practices for energetic boundaries, clearing, grounding and steadying the nervous system, alongside material on the Akashic records, ancestors, timelines and working with nature.

She founded New Earth Mystery School, an online community that meets for live classes on Zoom each month with guest teachers and a team of senior students, and Resonance Apothecary, which makes flower essences and ritual products from its own garden. She also runs weekend online immersions, one-to-one sessions and a mentorship programme, and leads small Etheric Gardening journeys to places such as Mount Shasta, Joshua Tree and Morocco. Her manner is gentle and unhurried, and she often appears as a guest on podcasts about sensitivity and relationships. At Kripalu she teaches a weekend retreat for highly sensitive people.
