Mary Sise

Licensed in New York State as a clinical social worker, Mary Sise has more than 35 years of clinical experience, and for over twenty years she has worked with energy psychology, a family of methods that combines focused attention with tapping on acupressure points. She is a former president of ACEP, the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, holds its diplomate in comprehensive energy psychology and has presented at its annual conference for many years. With Sheila Sidney Bender she co-wrote The Energy of Belief.

At the centre of her teaching is her own form of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), combining tapping, breath, intention and eye movements, together with meditation, sound and chakra work, with the aim of releasing limiting beliefs and living in line with the soul's guidance. The Soul Weaving Process, her later work, explores how split-off parts of the self can return to wholeness, and she directs the Magdalena Healing programme. She teaches recorded courses on her own site and The Shift Network, runs free weekly tapping groups, and offers a monthly mentorship for coaches, therapists and healers.
