Lisa Powers

Lisa Powers has quietly taught more people reiki than almost anyone alive. A Reiki Master and Teacher with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Education, she brought a rare combination to energy healing when she began teaching online twenty-three years ago: a scientist’s understanding of the body, an educator’s gift for structure, and a healer’s heart. The result became one of the most trusted pathways into reiki in the world — more than 245,000 students across every continent, 77,000 reviews averaging 4.8 stars, and a generation of practitioners who took their first attunement with her calm, grounding voice in their ears.

Her teaching spans the complete journey: Usui Reiki from Level I through Master/Teacher certification, and beyond into specialisations that have become classics in their own right — Animal Reiki for healing work with creatures of every size, Crystal Reiki weaving earth energy and sacred geometry into practice, and even a reiki business course for healers ready to serve professionally. As Director of the International Reiki Organization, she has helped shape the standards of the modern profession itself. Students consistently describe the same experience: teaching that feels both grounding and deeply spiritual, easy to follow yet faithful to the depth of the practice — the voice of a teacher who believes healing belongs in everyone’s hands.
