Lauren Rainbow

Lauren Rainbow is an evidential medium, spiritual teacher and sacred travel guide living in New Hampshire. In 2001 a run of synchronicities opened her to sensing and hearing loved ones in spirit, and from there she trained with a number of established mediums. Having grown up in community theatre, she feels most at home demonstrating on stage. She has worked alongside mediums such as Tony Stockwell and John Holland, and with Holland she co-wrote The Mediumship Training Deck for Hay House. Omega Institute, Kripalu and Lily Dale have all hosted her teaching.

Evidential mediumship and Akashic Soul Sessions sit at the heart of her work, together with teaching on intuition, spirit guides and heart-centred meditation. In New England she gives private sessions, live evenings of spirit messages, and meditation and sound bath events; online she runs a community with monthly practice circles and sells guided meditations and Akashic Records courses. Since 2017 she has taken small groups on sacred journeys to Egypt, India, Peru, Nepal and Mexico. Her guided meditations can also be found on Hay House Unlimited and on her YouTube channel.
