Kristof Lambregts

Kristof Lambregts is a sound healer, musician and yoga teacher from Brecht, north of Antwerp in Belgium, who works under the name Akshara. Music has run through his life for more than twenty-five years, and he came to sound work by way of Nada Yoga, the yogic study of sound, before training professionally in sound healing, yoga and meditation. His own Hatha practice began years before he thought of teaching, and the teacher training he eventually took changed his direction. At the end of 2022 he also trained as a music producer so that he could record his sessions to a high standard and share them online.

Locally he holds group sound baths in studios around Brecht and Antwerp, opening with a short visualisation before the bowls, gongs and chimes take over, and he teaches a weekly Hatha class in Sint-Job that ends with singing bowls during the final rest. He also brings sound and yoga sessions to companies, retreats and private gatherings. Online, his Tune your Self community, started in January 2025, offers live sound baths, yoga and meditation with a library of recordings, and he runs a second community for people learning to become sound healers. His Insight Timer tracks feature Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs and nature sounds.
