Kaedrich Olsen

Kaedrich Olsen is an author and teacher of Norse mysticism, rune work, shadow work and spirit communication, with more than thirty years of practice. He grew up in a house he describes as haunted, and as a young man trained in séance, channelling and mediumship at a Spiritualist church. He speaks of a long relationship with a group of guiding beings he calls the Whisperers, and much of his teaching draws on the Elder Futhark runes and the spiritual practices of the Old Norse.

His book Runes for Transformation (Weiser Books, 2008) presents the runes as tools for personal change rather than only for divination, pairing them with affirmation, visualisation and meditation. Through his online school he teaches courses on séance, black mirror work, psychic perception, the afterlife, protection and shadow work, alongside private mentoring. He has appeared on Gaia's Beyond Belief, Coast to Coast AM and a number of podcasts, and teaches live courses on The Shift Network, including one on Norse shadow magic.
