Joan Ranquet

For around thirty years Joan Ranquet, an American animal communicator, energy worker and teacher, has worked professionally with animals and the people who live with them. In her view animal communication is a skill anyone can learn rather than a rare gift. Her teaching covers telepathic connection with animals, grounding, sensing the energy of a home, the chakras of dogs, cats and horses, EFT tapping for animals and their guardians, and staying connected with animals after they die. Home is a small ranch in southern California, where her horses, dogs and cats also act as teaching partners for her students.

CWALU, short for Communication With All Life University, is the school she founded in 2009; it offers courses and certification online and in person in animal communication, energy work, and nature and wildlife. Among her books are Communication With All Life (Hay House), Energy Healing for Animals (Sounds True), Animal Chakra Healing (Findhorn Press), and a book on EFT for animals and their people co-written with Ellie Laks. She has given a TEDx talk about animals in transition, takes groups on wildlife journeys to places such as Thula Thula in South Africa, and offers self-paced courses on The Shift Network.
