Jim Rajan

Jim Rajan is a seer and spiritual teacher based in Madrid whose work centres on highly sensitive people, empaths and intuitives. He spent the first part of his career in London television, producing and directing for MTV UK and other production companies, before turning to intuitive work more than twenty years ago. His family roots run through Persia, northern India and East Africa, and his teaching draws on Hindu philosophy, Buddhism and the Sufi poetry of Rumi. A keen player of the bansuri, the Indian bamboo flute, he studied North Indian classical music and composes the music that accompanies much of his recorded teaching.

His central offer is the Seer Session, a short remote reading in which he describes the deeper patterns he perceives in a client and follows up with recorded audio reflections; clients can then continue in longer mentoring calls. In 2023 he opened The Subtle Qualities School, a nine-month programme with personal accompaniment and a residential retreat in Spain, for sensitive people who want to treat their sensitivity as a strength. He also sells self-paced audio courses on prayer, Rumi, the life of the Buddha and core Hindu ideas such as dharma and karma, several of which also appear on Insight Timer. His book, The Book of Journeys, is a collection of short contemplative pieces.
