Dr. Janette Freeman

Dr. Janette Freeman is a meditation teacher, author and ordained New Thought minister who now lives in the Phoenix area of Arizona. She studied religion to master's level and later earned a doctorate in consciousness studies, and her training has taken her to India, Brazil and Thailand. Over two decades she has taught meditation and spiritual growth and led congregations at three New Thought churches, and she has spoken at Centers for Spiritual Living.

Her teaching centres on the words 'I am', which she treats as a sacred code for living from the higher self, loosening old conditioning and creating more consciously. She sets this out in her book I AM Source Code and in a ten-day Insight Timer course based on it. Her other books are Why Did This Happen to Me Again?, on shifting the beliefs behind repeating patterns, and The Second Envelope, an account of a year travelling alone around the world. On Insight Timer she offers dozens of meditations, affirmations and affirmative prayers, while her YouTube channel keeps earlier talks from her Soul Soup series on intention, presence and self-worth, drawing on the I AM Discourses, Eckhart Tolle and Wayne Dyer.
