Teaches on Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health

Hope Fitzgerald traces her spiritual path to a moment of awakening at the Findhorn community in Scotland in 1976. In the decades since she has worked as a counsellor, an intuitive dowser using L-rods to put questions to a wider intelligence, a channel, and a companion to people near the end of life. In 2010 a sequence of visions gave her the Infinity Wave, a flowing figure-of-eight that she teaches as a simple practice for meeting any situation with love and compassion. Her book, The Infinity Wave: Mastering the Art of Love, Compassion, and Flow, tells that story and sets out the basic exercises.

Most of her work happens online through her Wave Energy Center. She gives one-to-one dowsing and coaching sessions, teaches beginners to dowse in a short course, and hosts a monthly rhythm of gatherings: a free meditation evening, a channelling salon, an astrology-led circle and a community call. She also runs the Infinite Wisdom interview series with other teachers, offers self-paced recordings on the elements, and has taken small groups to sacred landscapes in Peru, Easter Island and the British Isles. With the composer Gary Malkin she leads You, Awake, a programme that pairs music with contemplative practice, and she brings that partnership to Kripalu.
