Gabriella Cacciatore

Gabriella Cacciatore

Gabriella Cacciatore is a trauma coach, grounded spiritual mentor, and somatic healing guide whose authority comes from the hardest-won place there is: her own survival. For years she lived in survival mode — disconnected from her body, pushing through life — until, at twenty-five, after years of chronic pain and emotional overwhelm, full-body memories revealed the childhood sexual abuse she had survived. Her memoir Unbroken: How I Remembered, Unraveled, and Returned Home to Myself (2025) tells, with unflinching honesty, the story of what happened when she finally listened to what her body had been saying all along.

Her teaching carries the memoir’s deepest conviction — in her own words, “healing is not from a healer; healing is from yourself.” Now based in Mexico, Gabriella supports survivors in reconnecting with their bodies through somatic practice, nervous-system regulation, and grounded spiritual mentorship, offering the thing she once needed most: someone to say you’re not crazy, you’re remembering — and you’re not broken. Her book is her love letter to survivors everywhere; her work is its living continuation.
