Fred Haas

Fred Haas is an Austin-based coach, intuitive and energy worker. He spent more than thirty years as a civil engineer, running his own firm for two decades, before a long spiritual search led him to train as a life coach, an intuitive and an energy healer. He has worked with clients in this way since 2010. He also hosted a show on the News for the Soul radio network called Living a Guided Lifestyle.

His approach rests on the idea that each person already carries an inner knowing, and that life eases when we stop trying to solve it like a puzzle and learn to follow that guidance instead. Sessions take place by phone: monthly coaching packages built around regular calls, plus angel readings and mediumship sessions offered on a pay-what-feels-fair basis. His guided meditations, some built on practices from Master Choa Kok Sui, the Lord's Prayer or the Welcoming Prayer, work with grounding, the chakras, clearing personal energy and resting in a sense of the divine.
