David Bower

David Bower is a channeller and teacher of Lemurian wisdom who lives in the Hawaiian Islands. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who worked for years in communications, he describes a spiritual awakening that began when he first heard the word Lemuria, and he has taught on Lemuria, channelling and spiritual awakening for more than twenty years. He says his main guides come from the Elven realms, and much of his teaching draws on what he calls Lemurian and Elven wisdom, with an emphasis on the heart and on divine feminine energy.

With his wife, the Japanese author and teacher Mamiko Maridianna, he co-founded Lemurian Healing, a method of energy healing, visualisation and guided meditation, and since 2007 the couple have trained more than a thousand practitioners in Japan, the United States, Europe, Australia and China. He has given workshops in the US, UK, Japan and China and now teaches mainly online, through practitioner trainings, one-to-one mentoring and his YouTube channel, where he talks about Lemuria, past lives, signs and synchronicities and channelled messages. On The Shift Network he teaches Reawaken Your 5D Lemurian Self, a course of Lemurian meditations and practices.
