Waka Wisdom, Day 1 (free lesson)

The first day of the Waka Wisdom course, free and open to all. It pairs Emperor Meiji's waka "The Spacious Sky" with seven contemplation prompts and a guided practice of repeating the poem for up to 30 minutes. It's a lovely first taste of Japanese Reiki meditation.
