The Game of Life and How to Play It

The 1925 book that made her, and still the most widely read New Thought title after Emerson. Her argument is that life operates by law rather than luck — that the spoken word, forgiveness and non-resistance are the mechanics by which a person's circumstances actually move. Short, plain-spoken, and full of the small case histories from her own practice that make it read like a friend talking rather than a philosopher lecturing.
